Soledad Zárate

I completed a master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation at Roehampton University (London), and conducted research on subtitling for deaf children on British television for my final dissertation. I am presently working on a PhD at Imperial College London on the use of subtitles as a didactic tool for deaf children learning English. I also work at a freelance subtitler.
